The Adventure Continues

Here I am, back at the single parenting again. Walker left for Utah on Monday and I am still in Boise with a toddler, and now a newborn. My mom has truly been an angel in helping me out. Who knew that getting up in the middle of the night could be so fun? She deserves the title "The Baby Whisperer." Who knew that she could calm the baby in two seconds flat?

Jamison is now 21 months, and for the most part, loves life. Fortunately we have
n't had a repeat of the bundt pan episode (I hid it, much to his dismay), but he did manage to get his fingers stuck in a door yesterday. His book of the week is "The Cat in the Hat" and he loves hiding in closets.

Vivienne is becoming quite the charmer. She seems very aware of what is going on around her and needs to be where all the action is. At her doctor's appointment yesterday, we discovered she had gained 12 ounces i
n one week. That's my girl!

Jamison's stylin' hair after a nap.

He gives me this look a lot.

Oh man, you are a strong woman Liz. I hope you are getting a little sleep here and there. Tell your mom hello for me. I miss her, and your whole family a lot! Can you e-mail Christina's e-mail address?

Oh, I feel for you! Those first couple months are so hard, yet so precious. I always found myself longing for a good nap or extra hours of sleep during the night, but then I didn't want the time to pass either. I'm so glad you have a great mom there to help...aren't mom's the best!

Girl you've got some cute kids! I'm glad your mom has been helping out so much. Some friend I've turned out to be. We were just out of town looking at dental practices for sale in Montana. I'm glad to see you blogging, at least you're making time for yourself. I know it's hard. Take care!

Hey I can see the pink blanket there underneath Vivenne and Jameson! So fun! I'm glad you like it. I was happy to send you something PINK. Good luck with being on your own. Wish you were closer so we could meet your precious little angel. Try to enjoy as much as you can before crashing under the exhaustion.
