RLS Update

I loathe bananas. Walker, on the other hand, loves them. I give all my banana flavored Runts to him. He wishes all Runts were banana flavored. Jamison also loves them. He eats one for breakfast everyday. My point? After trying a lot of tips and suggestions on how to beat RLS, I have found only one thing that helps: eating a banana every evening. Something about the potassium. I hate it, but it works. Why oh why?

I hope the RLS goes away after pregnancy! Bananas aren't my favorite, either, but I love banana bread! I'm glad you found something to relieve the pains.

I'm glad that is helping at least. Maybe you could blend it up and drink it in a smoothy or something. I used to have problems with getting really horrible cramps in my calves at night and I think bananas would help me too.

RLS is the worst! Eating a banana and a few Tums about 1/2 hour before bed helps me too! (But I like bananas :o) Good luck!
